LAZ Parking represents an exceptionally well-trained, hard-working team of parking professionals, who are dedicated to being the best in our industry. Superior customer service is how we?ve grown within this business,? said DiPaolo.
LAZ Parking also manages four major parking garages in the City of Chicago, providing more than 9,100 spaces throughout 4 million square feet of underground space. The extensive, clean, well-lit and efficiently run spaces are located at the Millennium Park Garage at 5 S. Columbus Drive; the Grant Park North Garage at 25 N. Michigan Ave., the Grant Park South Garage at 325 S. Michigan Ave. and the East Monroe Street Garage at 5 S. Columbus Drive. LAZ Parking is a full-service parking development and management firm. In addition to valet services and parking garage/facility management services, the company can offer market-aggressive lease arrangements to their clients; co-purchase/co-own downtown sites to underscore parking as a financial asset and have additional equity sources; and organize and handle all aspects of special event parking, such as coordinating shuttle service to off-site events, procurement for facilities, and staffing.
